3. Ticket Purchases and Payment

Tickets are purchased through the secure payment system integrated into the website.

The prices displayed on the website are in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT where required by law.

The digital ticket or order confirmation must be presented upon entry. There is no need to print the ticket unless otherwise stated on the event page.

The customer is responsible for entering accurate and complete contact information and for keeping the ticket secure to prevent its unauthorized use.

Each ticket may be redeemed only once unless expressly stated otherwise.
 

5. Changes or Cancellations by the Business

The business may change the screening location, screening time or another organizational detail, provided that customers receive reasonable notice through the contact information supplied during the purchase process.

A change of screening location within the same city or a reasonable change to the screening time will not necessarily be considered a cancellation of the event, subject to the applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

If the screening is cancelled by the business and no suitable alternative date is arranged, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the ticket.

If the screening is postponed, the ticket will remain valid for the new date. If the new date is unsuitable for the customer, the customer may submit a cancellation request, which will be handled in accordance with the applicable law and the circumstances of the event.
 

6. Transaction Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy is subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, the regulations enacted under it and any other applicable mandatory law.

In a distance-selling transaction involving the purchase of a ticket for a one-time service, a cancellation notice may be submitted within 14 days from the date of the transaction or from the date on which the document containing the transaction details was received, whichever is later, provided that the cancellation notice is submitted at least two days that are not days of rest before the date on which the service is to be provided, or within any other period prescribed by law.

For a cancellation that does not result from a defect, non-conformity, failure to provide the service on time or another breach by the business, the business may charge a cancellation fee of no more than 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower, in accordance with the law.

No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation results from a defect, non-conformity, failure to provide the service or a breach by the business.

Once the ticket has been redeemed or after the screening or service has already taken place, the transaction may not be cancelled and no refund will be provided, except where the customer is entitled to a cancellation or refund under the law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any special rights granted to certain consumers or any other right provided under the Consumer Protection Law.

A minor completing a purchase declares that the minor has obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian to complete the transaction.
